gun transfers
Here at Great Lakes Firearms, we complete firearms transfer paperwork for customers. If you have a firearm shipped to my location for pickup, the transfer fee for all firearms is $20 per gun. If you have 3 or more then the transfer fee drops to $10 for any firearms more than two.
When you purchase your firearm through GLF, there is never a transfer fee. This is the main reason you should be buying your firearms through the website or directly through me. If you do not like the price listed on the website, contact me and I will see if I can offer additional discounts to save you money.
Light Gunsmithing
Here at Great Lakes Firearms, we offer what we like to call, light gunsmithing. We are happy to professionally mount accessories to firearms. This may include optics and bore sighting by laser. Laser bore sighting, if done with a professional set can help sight in new optics with fewer shots, saving you money. We also install after market triggers in most guns and can refinish wood stocks.
All installations are done only with torques specs and thread locking compound if desired. This ensures that products are not damaged while maintaining peace of mind that your accessory will not fail while in the field.
